We comprise a team of up to 25 employees in the summertime, with all sorts of positions ranging from oyster farm work to tour guide positions. This type of work environment requires people to enjoy the outdoors in a relaxing but focused atmosphere with the flexibility of working various positions. Most of our staff ranges from the age of 18-25, providing a fun and youthful environment. If you have a passion about the ocean, sustainable farming/food, or enjoy working in the tourism industry this could be the right fit for you!
After hours, our employees make the most of Southeast Alaska's stunning outdoors, exploring the natural beauty around them. They also get to enjoy a range of free tours in Ketchikan, adding extra fun and adventure to their work experience. It’s all about balancing hard work with enjoying the unique perks of the area!
